1. Consultancy service in Environmental and Social Impacts Assessment (ESIA), Design and construction of Community water supply and sanitation scheme projects, baseline establishment, Community Environmental Awareness Creation.

2. Technical services provision in sanitation system and water planning, designing, development and or improvement. The service includes, survey, design, construction, baseline establishment and community intervention and promotion) of water and sanitation technological systems.

3. Training and facilitation services in hygiene education and promotion, water and sanitation projects users’ management training, safety and disaster management in workplace training, communicable diseases control intervention, chemical ad ergonomic hazardous management and control.

4. Formulation and training community water user groups. The organization is also capable to instigate and execute water and environmental sanitation projects committees and Formulation of women and youth water user groups and committees and provide necessary training to these community working groups in any locality in Tanzania

5. Conducting hygiene education and sanitation promotion including construction of ecological sanitation (ECOSAN) to communities.

6. Community Environmental awareness” through Physical visits & mass media education.

7. Working for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for the water works along the water network distribution line.
